Individualhas to be well versed with the skills, competencies and latest technologies coming in the market.Personal and professional development is very important to achieve your short term or long termgoals. With the increase in competition challenges has also increased. Employee should be readyto face these challenges in their career. There are lots of opportunities also in the professionalsector. Jobs are not just limited to your own country. If you have skills you can go to any othercountry with better opportunities. You can earn better compensation (Siegel, 1978). Self-managed learning is the very important initiative to grow in this industry.
