This research project aims to investigate the role of talent management in retaining a productive workforce in the service industry, with a focus on Holiday Inn. The research objectives include understanding the concept of talent management in an organizational context, analyzing the issues faced by Holiday Inn in managing their talent, and exploring different strategies that Holiday Inn can use to manage their top talent. The research will use both primary and secondary research methods, including a questionnaire and literature review. The findings will be analyzed using appropriate analytical tools.
