This research project aims to evaluate the impact of workplace discrimination on employee performance through a case study on Morrison, the 4th largest supermarket chain in the UK. The study explores the concept of workplace discrimination, factors leading to discrimination in Morrison, challenges in implementing equality and diversity, and strategies for reducing discrimination. The research methodology includes qualitative research, inductive approach, primary and secondary data collection, thematic analysis, and probability sampling. The study is significant in understanding the effects of workplace discrimination on employee performance and providing insights for reducing discrimination.
