work-life balance has become vital for an organisation. Matalan is basically a well known British
fashion and other homeware retailer situated at Knowsley, England, UK. The current particular
research has been taken out on Matalan Retail Ltd in order to evaluate the Impact of enrichment
and work life balance on productivity and success of an organisation.

The aim set out for current research work is, “To evaluate about the impact lead by better
work-life balance and enrichment on productivity and success of an organisation”. A research

major issue of paramount which is very crucial for the individual, families, government,
organizations ands society. The changes within the technological as well as economic
environment has enhanced the pressure of employees and organization as well. Addition to this
with the increasing presence of women within organization the nuclear families as well as earner
couple increases the requirement of work life balance among worker which results into an
integral part of employee expectation from the employer. In case, when the worker found it
difficult to manage balance between their work and life then it leads to decrease in their morale

as well as motivation to perform work which in turn have a direct influence over their
productivity and the organizational performance at a larger scale. This has provided a new
definition to career success. Now the career success sis not remain limited to promotions as well
as lucrative assignment but also presented an ability to balance between the non work and work
life. In context to that, managing the organizational policies and practices to relation with
providing a work life balance to employees has now found biggest challenge for employer
(Bansal and Agarwal, 2019).
The influence of enrichment experience and work-life balance over productivity of employees

According to adnan Bataineh, K., 2019, the work life balance explains ways in which one
become able to priorities the time and energy between personal and professional life. This is one
of the major concern for organization to delegate the role and responsibilities in such a manner
that employees be able to maintain a balance between their personal and professional life. This is
so because when employees have a balanced work and life then it will help them in staying stress
free while working which in turn provide the with intrinsic motivation to perform their role in
effective manner. This in turn support Matalan Retail Ltd. in maintain a workforce with full
motivation and enthusiasm which contribute toward enhancing their performance and at the same
time support in achieving the success and competitive edge at marketplace. Despite of all this the
