Introduction
The project initiated to determining the impact of managing equality and diversity at
workplace. Therefore, equality and diversity are two important aspects of the
businesses which are effectively are manages and assisted by the businesses in
respect to attaining higher growth and success. In this present analysis the study
has been executed over the analysis of Marks and Spencer. Therefore, it is a
widely recognized major British multinational retailer company which has its
headquarter is in London, United Kingdom. The primary focus of this
