With the help of this, investigator can easily take right decision and create their personal
interest over the theme. Along with this, it also helps business organization in reducing the
workplace discrimination. This can be beneficial in increasing productivity level of
company.

Effects of workplace discrimination within the company
According to Cloutier and et. Al., (2015), Workplace discrimination is major issue faced
by almost employees within business organization as workers are discriminated on the
basis of gender, their pay scale and many more. It negatively impacts over the workers
performance as they get demotivated towards their job roles and responsibilities. It also
reduces overall performance of company at market. Mainly, this type of issue affects the
employee’s motivation and encouragement towards the company and its set targets as well.
This is the reason that company is responsible for providing equal treatment to all the
employees at working area so that they can easily perform this task in effective manner.
Issues faced by employees due to workplace discrimination
According to Claxton, Ferreira and de Oliveira, (2014), at working area, discrimination
among employees one of the major issue that may reduce the productivity level of workers.

In this regard, it may create negative working environment. This will negatively influence
workers in performing its task and job activities. Furthermore, discrimination in the
working area can be increase overall cost of company and at the same time also may
reduce positive performance of company. In this, employee is responsible for
understanding exactly what workplace discrimination is and how to eliminate and avoid it
effectively. If company discriminate their employees as they face various issues such as
harassment, sexual harassment, inequal pay and many more. These are put negative impact
over overall productivity and employee turnover of company as well.
Measures that can be undertaken by company for resolving workplace discrimination
According to Brady and et. Al., (2015), it is crucial for business organization to solve
issues that arise due to workplace discrimination. By using alternative ways and option,
firm can easily improve its performance level and also keep their workers stronger.
Motivated and encouraged employees are the best for business because it may support in
accomplishing their all the targets in stipulated time frame. In context of this, there are
some effective ways ad measures like providing equal treatment, equal pay, fair wages,
proper training, motivation and many more. With the assistance of this, company can easily
resolve workplace discrimination that positively impact on overall performance of
company and its productivity level as well. This will reduce the employee turnover by
retaining them for longer period of time.
