As per the evaluation of the study it has also been suggested to the business to form, appropriate policies and norms related to the discrimination as these norms are effective in terms of promoting the well being of employees and encourage them to contribute their significant efforts in the growth and success of the business.
Conclusion After completion of the project it has been concluded that, discrimination is a recognized to be a major issue which has its direct impact over the well being of employees at workplace, thus, discrimination is a major issue which is requires to be managed by the businesses or its management for the purpose of maintaining an effective working culture. From the detailed analysis of the project it has also been evaluated that, suitable management of discrimination has multiple benefits for the business in improving the business performance, strengthen the workforces, developing employees morale and so on.
