Executive Summary
The potential aim of this existing study is to identify various ways through which
management of an organization can implement cultural diversity at the workplace in order to
enhance working performance of employees; therefore, it is a wide area of investigation which
provides an effective knowledge base that helps at professional and personal level to an
individual. Cultural diversity is a major concern of human resource management and needs to be
managed by the businesses for the intention to enhancing the working performance of the
employees at workplace, thus the management of diversity aid the businesses in rendering
effective opportunities to the employees without making differences as per their age, race,
gender, colour, religion, culture, background and so on. The investigation is supportive in
accumulating significant information and resolves the challenges effectively. Thus the study
initiates suitable ways that are effectively be implement by the businesses and its management to
overcome the challenges related to cultural diversity. In this present investigation work,
qualitative research has been applied by the researcher as it is most effective and well suited for
conducting effective and detailed analysis over the chosen study area. Qualitative approach is
imperative in providing theoretical assessment with the emergence of suitable theories, models
and concepts. In addition to this, the entire project is based on theoretical framework and in this
secondary investigation is only be supportive to gather efficient data from the suitable books,
journals, articles, magazines and so on. Furthermore, the analysis has been conducted via the
support of applying thematic approach as it is best suitable for qualitative analysis and provides
in-depth discussion via developing themes over the objectives of the project. However, the
discussion has been developed over analysis the different perspective of authors and writers.
Conclusion has been drawn over the findings of the project as the analysis states that, there are
different ways like equal opportunity, equal pay, suitable diversity training and so on which are
widely being applied by the business or its management to manage diversity at workplace and
enhance the operations of the business.

Cultural diversity is a wider aspect to be studies and within a workplace is increasingly
becoming most essential as more businesses are embracing it within the global workforce.
Therefore, some of its effect have been linked to the performance outcomes of the employees,
thus diversity in the workplace is a major issue which widely influences the working of people ar
workplace (Drolet and Mumford, 2012). Diversity management is defined as the most significant
process which is effectively being implemented by the businesses for the intention to enhancing
the operations and performance of employees at workplace. Therefore, effective employee’s
performance may lead the business in the manner to attaining higher growth and success. In this
present analysis the study has been executed over the study of The Table Café, thus it is an
independent restaurant which is serving breakfast, brunch, lunch & drinks using seasonal,
sustainable British ingredients, on Southwark Street, London. The company is famous for its
high quality services and the major concern of the business is to managing diversity at workplace
for the intention to enhancing the operations and progression of the business and also gets
opportunity to explore the operations at global level (Khoreva, 2011).
Rationale of the research
The purpose of this study is to examine the ways which are effectively be implement by
the businesses to manage diversity at workplace and how these ways are imperative to enhance
the operations of employees at workplace (Gerhart and Fang, 2014). The key rational behind
conducting the project is that cultural diversity is a major issue and the project aid in providing
subsequent information to resolve the challenges effectively. The another purpose of conducting
this analysis is the personal interest of the researcher as the investigator wants to explore own
recognition in relation t the aspect of cultural diversity and how these can be managed by the
businesses at workplace (Auspurg, Hinz and Sauer, 2017). This study is also significant for the

individual or the businesses to evaluate the importance of managing diversity and how these are
effective in terms of enhancing the operations of employees at workplace. The study, initiates the
suitable ways which can effectively implemented by the businesses in respect to manage
diversity at workplace. Therefore, the project will imperative in providing idea about managing
diversity and how important it is for the businesses to conduct overseas operations.

Research aim is defined to be the predetermined statement which is imperative in
providing suitable direction to the researcher to carry out the work in right manner to drawn valid
and reliable results (Bamberger, Biron and Meshoulam, 2014). thus the key aim for this analysis
is “To identify various ways through which management of an organization can implement
cultural diversity at the workplace in order to enhance working performance of employees.” A
