INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour represents the culture and behaviour of employees while performing at
workplace. As, employees are the most prominent part of the organization that carries out all the
business practices in order to fulfil organizational goals and objective in to desired manner. As,
organizational behaviour is affected by many cultural and policies aspect that could impact on
the performance of employees (Turner, 2018). As organization include Employees with different
backgrounds culture and have different talent and capabilities which make dam in different. To
analyze organizational behaviour concept, Unilever is a well-known organization of UK. The
company provides number of products into global market and represents quality and quantity
with a reasonable price range. This report is going to present the cultural political and power
elements which influence on individual and team performance thoroughly. Along with this, the
levels of motivation that an employee wants to achieve while working in an organization is also
going to discuss by applying my Maslow's hierarchy theory. The other part of the report is going
to present the differentiation among effective and non effective team. At last, the discussion is
going to be about the concept and philosophy of organizational behavior in context of Unilever
will be carry out.

P1 Analyse how an organisation’s culture, politics and power influence individual and team
behaviour and performance.
The organisation behaviour is impact through the dynamic environment of business
which is continuously changing as per the requirement of customers and market. So that it affect
the productivity of individual performance. Employee’s performance is based on organisational
policies, values and processes they follow. In context of Unilever, they establish a proper
organisation behaviour by setting cultural politics and power in terms of making employees
effective. These elements are described below:
