production of a report and drawing various outcomes. In every research there is a
requirement of a certain sum of money which can help in conducting the research and
collecting of information based on that gathered information. For this particular research

Scope of project: In respect of present investigation it can be said that scope of this
research is very wide and this is helpful for a organisation in development of
understanding of talent management process which is being followed or not.

risk in this research also (Näppä, Farshid and Foster, 2014). This is in terms of no
response of respondents, requirement of more financial resources, no maintaining of
quality of research. All these are risks which are associated with research and can posses
a risk for investigator.
Quality: There is a requirement of quality maintenance by researcher so that whole
research can be differentiated with respect to certain features such as design, size shape
etc. with regards to present research, there is a requirement that quality has to be
maintained by research by focussing more on primary data rather than secondary from of
data (Tyszko, Sheets and Fuller, 2014).
Resources: There are many different type of resources which are required by a
researcher such as labour, land, capital which is necessary for execution of various steps
in the whole research process. In present investigation, researcher will require resources
in terms of financial resource, human resource, technological resources stc.

Data Collection: This method is used by researcher to find out issues related to particular
research which assist in making accurate decisions. It is basically of two types:
Primary Data: It is the original data which is gather at first time by the researcher. It is

individuals and the answer is give by them as per their knowledge as well as experience.
Questionnaire, Surveys, interviews are the methods which help researcher in collecting primary
data.
Secondary Data: In order to collect secondary data the various sources which is
considered are magazine, internet, library, newspaper, online sources and so on. In addition to
this, the data collected can be reuse in future (Wu, W Li, Yu,and Wang, 2014).
Research Approaches:
A research is basically outlines a map or the way to conduct research (Valmohammadi.
and Beladpas, 2014). The term Methodology is defined as a term which assist in identifying
different ways of data collection. In addition to this, it also identifies how research goal as well
as objectives can be attained. Research methods mainly used by researcher to systematically
conduct the whole research. It consist of two approaches of data collection which is qualitative &
quantitative methods are as follows:
Qualitative:
This approach is basically adopt by researchers to gather non-numeric data. Qualitative
approach is exploratory & semi- structured in nature. The main motive to conduct this type of
research is to gain knowledge about opinions and motivation. In addition to this, it focuses on to
improve hypotheses and turns out positive outcome. The data which is collected by this research
is more accurate and feasible (Gibson, and Parkman, 2018). In order to perform this present

It has been recommended that talent management approach brings higher customer
satisfaction which is essential for companies to gain success. When an organisation uses
this approach the systems can be more integrated and the customer satisfaction rates is
more higher which leads to deals with less number of people and met their requirements
quickly (Iii, 2016). Furthermore, it enhance the performance of employees as it helps HR
manger to gain an understanding about which employee can perform the task and which
is not suited to perform companies task.
TASK 4
P7 Reflection on how research objectives have been achieved and learning performance
From whole investigation I have made a observation that talent management is a wide
concept which is having many benefits. These are related with how business organisation can use
them in implementation of whole research work. This present research has made me acquire
many skills such as I have developed communication skills, team management skills and my
analytical skills. All this is helped me in collecting of information and making its analysis in a
appropriate manner. There are several issues which I faced such as many respondent are not able
to develop a trust which lead to their biased or not complete disclosure of information. All these
were several challenges which I faced but I made best of my efforts to make respondent believe
that the information provided to them will be used for this research work only. Team
management was also a minor issue which happened as there were some conflicts which arise in
course of team being managed when research was being conducted.
CONCLUSION
From above research, it has been analysed that management of Talent plays vital role in

them in implementation of whole research work. This present research has made me acquire
many skills such as I have developed communication skills, team management skills and my
analytical skills. All this is helped me in collecting of information and making its analysis in a
