This research proposal aims to analyze the influence of talent management on the role of human resource and their performance in the hospitality sector, specifically focusing on a case study of Sheraton Hotel. The research objectives include understanding the concept of talent management, identifying the role of human resource in the hospitality organization, and analyzing the impact of talent management on the role of human resource and their performance in Sheraton Hotel. The research will use a quantitative research approach and methodologies, including a descriptive research design, primary data collection through questionnaires, and secondary data collection from literature sources.
