INTRODUCTION
Support worker is one of the most important term which is used to improve support
health services in working environment (Knott, and Scragg, 2016). This report is based on skills
for care used in internal surroundings and help to increase growth rate in market. Further, it
covered management in the development of non- direct care worker. In this report is based on
some act which is used in health care and assist worker.

P1. Role of non- direct care workers
In social care working environment is to be focus on some most important role, which is
used in internal working environment. On the other hand, such kind of role is help to improve
future development rate. In this way, some role of non- direct care worker are as follows:-
Administrate: - Social care worker means to control the basic activity in interior on the
job surroundings. It is help to control and solve any problem in organisation. Further, it
covered level of communication is to this staff is most important to solve any query
inside work place (Lawrence and et.al 2016). In this way, oral and written
communication both is most important for judgement and listening skills is help to listen
properly any problem.
Securities staff: - In this context, system is hire new securities staff to solve problem and
help any worker in system. On the other hand, body language is most important factor for
such kind of staff (Baldwin and et.al 2016.). This is part of communication to improve
performance level in inside organization and it inculcated dress perseveration is most
important for such staff.
All such kind of role of non- direct care and help to attract more number of customer in
market. On the other hand, focus on promote equality and diversity in impermanent situation and
promote rights individual rights and belief.
P2. Interpersonal skills for non- direct care worker
Organisation is focus on to improve working habit for non- direct care staff in work
place. On the other hand, some skills for such kind of staff is most important and manage the
growth rate in market. Team work is most important factor to each and every support worker in
work place (Sims, . and Cabrita Gulyurtlu, 2014). It is help top provide safe and inclusive
