Introduction:
The Corporate event management is a process managing the event of the organisation so that
objective to meeting can be achieved in the most effective and efficient manners. The
management of the corporate events involves the planning and organizing the diverse sort of
the procedures for the stakeholders of the organisation, engaging the audience in the events.
These events includes various types of activities such as conferences, team dinners, farewell
parties for the formal and informal events, trade shows, orientation of the new employees,
various exhibitions, awards and incentive events in the management levels. It also includes
the management of various programs which are covered in the travel and tourism of the
organisation. Under this reports, the Seven Events company is chosen to understand the event
management in better ways. It delivers the global meeting and conferences for the wide range
of customer at the international levels .further there will be conversation on the different types of
the company measures and planning and promotion activities. (Agrawal,and Cooper, 2015)

In the completive market, organisation focus on organization the events which will help them to
achieve the targets on time in the most profitable manners. The organisation conduct various
events to its customer and employees so that they understand the goals of the seven events
organisation. several of the type of commercial events are as follows:
Conferences: These types of conferences are very important for the business events
organisation. The team conferences can be applied to number of researchers gatherings to
discuss on the scientific topic which will improve their performances in the markets place.
Seminars: it includes educational events which will helps in training the managers and
employees of the organisation so that objectives can be achieved in the shortest period to time
and the most effective manners.( Chen, Crossland and Huang 2016)
Meetings: this type of events is very common in the large scale of the organisation as there
are discussion on the operational and financial strategies which helps in achieving the
common goals of the company in the long period.
Trade shows: under this events, the organisation tries to present their product and services to
its customer and to get in touch with the customer and business parties from time to time

Networking events: here, the gathering of various parties are included such as employees,
clients, are made so that they can share their business ideas with each other and make a
strong relationship with each other so that profits can be earned and shared .
Produce launch: it is essential component of the marketing mix which helps company to
introduces their product and services in the right kind of market so that customer are aware
about the such goods. (Brav,Jiang. and Tian, 2018.
Shareholder meetings: under this event , the organisation has obligation to conduct such kinds
of events to address the company issues and elect the board of directors for the organisation.
Award ceremonies: this kinds are conducted in the organisation to motives and inspire the
staff and manager by giving them the awards from time to time.

The commercial or business trial are different from leisure events in one or another ways. The
corporate events helps in conducting those kinds which will helps the organisation to achieve
the desire outcomes in the most effective manners and leisure events are focused on the
recreation, entertainment, sports and tour and visiting the attractions. The one of the main
difference between the wants and necessity and some of the another differences are stated as
below:
For the corporate events :
the corporate events must select the venue for the conference which is need to there
place so that they can’t waste their time and money on choosing the venue and
location . ‘
under the corporate events the manager and employee need to be connected it its
clients so that they can share the important information with each other and access the
files and emails from time to time

rates so that they can lower their cost and enhance their performances .

The leisure events are looking for the best contract for their reside not necessary
low-priced one, but they for the worth of money.
