EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1.1 Business summary:
Ferocity Sports is a sports equipment manufacturing company which will be
manufacturing the variety of the different type of Cricket equipment and selling the same.
Ferocity Sports will be having the factory which will be manufacturing the variety of the different
type of sports equipment, Bat will be the primary product of the company in the market, batting
gloves, pad is another type of the sports equipment which will be manufacture in the factory.
Market investigation and Target customer base
At the time of investigating the market and selecting the venture I have conducted the survey in the
market. Survey was conducted with the help of third party outsourcing firm who have targeted 250
parents of age between 25-40.
Outcome of the survey, Looking at the outcome of the survey it was identified that most of the parents
were interested in diverting their children's career toward the sports field. Reason highlighted by most of
the participant was scope which is offered by sports field. Further asking about which sports do you like
your children to play and most of the respondent were toward the Cricket. As they would love their
children to represent the nation in national sports of the company.
After interpreting variety of the outcome which has been derived it was identified that customer with the
age group of 12-30 will be target customer base for the new product which company is looking to
introduce in the market. Hence company has decided to open up a venture which will be developing
different cricket Gear.

To provide the good quality and safer product to the athlete in the field of Cricket
To enhance the level of Equipment comfort for the player in the field of Cricket
To contribute to the betterment of Society as well as nation economy

2.1 Why do you want to run your own business?
There are many reasons which has directed or driven me to run my own business, the
first reason is I am a huge fan of the cricket and plaid the cricket in my initial stages. For the
same reason I am having the knowledge about the role which has been played by Equipment in
the player performance, as result I have to take it as a challenge to make the best equipment
which can help the young blood in the nation in improving their performance in the long run.
2.2 Previous work experience:
I have worked with the sports equipment manufacturing company in the past, I have
worked as an operational management and this has eventually helped me in gaining the variety
of the knowledge in context of the same in the market, this would have also encouraged me to
bring something sharp in the field of cricket.

Cricket Bat: Cricket bat will be the primary product of the company, We will make sure that the
grip of the bat will be more thicker that it used to give enhance the comfort level to the athlete
using the same.

Equipment: Company will be also selling the cricket equipment such as betting and keeping
gloves and will be manufacturing betting helmet in the organization as well. All the product will
be get checked by legal authority in the UK Sports industry as well.

Tangible Resources
Cash: It is the first resources which will be required to procure variety of different type of
the resources in the venture. For commencing the new venture it is very important for the
business to procure machinery and location and Human resources which will require good sort
of tangible resources.
Machinery and land: It is another sort of tangible resources which will be required at the
time of starting a venture. Organization need to have different sort of machinery to produce
variety of different product in the organization. Also, organization has to make sure that they
