This research study investigates the challenges and benefits of technology in managing changing perceptions in the UK public sector, with a focus on the National Audit Office. The study aims to identify the impact of technological challenges and benefits on the perception within the public sector. It explores the concept of technological upgradation, changing perceptions in relation to technology, challenges and benefits in managing changing perception, and ways to effectively handle the changing perception. The research methodology includes qualitative research type, inductive research approach, interpretivism research philosophy, primary data collection through interviews, random sampling, thematic data analysis, and ethical considerations.
