workforce of the company regardless the significant asset as
like abilities, skills, capability etc. It is the department of the
business that deals with the hiring, training the staff,
administration, retention and many other aspects as well. It is
a terms that include the management and development of all
the employees that are working within the business

Human resource is one of the most important factor that is present in an organization
because it posses lot of functions to be performed by them and are responsible majorly for
recruiting an person or an individual within an organization. Human resource has
capabilities that is being used to helping in making growth of an organization possible. It
