INTRODUCTION
The evidence health practice is the approach for problem solving to the conveyance of
health ans social care which incorporate the good information from the studies(Morrell, 2015).
The sick persons care data with the advice of social worker experts and the preferences and
values of the patients. It is an interdisciplinary approach which has been started in evidence
based medicines and dispersed to some other regions for example education, psychology,
nursing, dentistry, science and various other fields. It is the judicious, explicit, conscientious by
the use of recent based evidence in making decisions about the care of patients. In this
assignment, it will discussed about the purpose, process and skills and qualities in the EBP in
health and social care. Moreover, it will define about the range of sources and summaries of this
topic and create a project proposal using evidence based practice. Furthermore, This assignment
will include the various ways in which literature review effect evidence based health and positive
impact on this research.

Explain the role of research for evidence-based practice in health and social care
In the evidence based practice the purpose in the social and health care is assists to
improving and modify the process of treatment of patients that is provided by doctors, nurses as
well as medical or social-care workers (Ramis, 2015). This type of improvement can be accepted
through the better consequences of ill persons, improved quality service and increment safety of
patients. It consider as various type of phases which is needed to be followed through the
healthcare worker like doctors, nurses etc. by this the correct, accurate and precise result could
be achieved. The different stages linked with the evidence based practices which affect the
information that is already prepared. So through with the best indication to answers and
questions can derived by these steps.
This regard the captious assessment of information of health and social care, by this the
validity or reliability of facts could be accepted (Alderman, 2018). It assist to utilising the
obtained outcomes in the practices. There are several process of evidence based practice in HSC
where conducting research by early year practitioner to treat children as a patients, it including as
find the information or evidence to answer the question. Moreover, critically appraise the
evidence, evaluate, incorporate appraised information with their own clinical expertise or

patients priorities etc. There are various types of stages that linked with evidence based practices
consider as below:
Evaluating on the basis of results
Implementing the findings
Preparing a desired action plan
Linking with evidence with experiences of customers

An integration problem or questions.
The general purpose of evidence based practice as a role of early year practitioner is to
choose from health care through the medical practitioners is effecting to maintain pace with
important advances in their pThere are various types of skills and qualities that is integrated in
the evidence based practice so that literature review needed in a prompt way. Apart from this,
there are various type of abilities, knowledge and skills that is needed to be developed by a care
practitioner so that a worker could get over assorted barriers and issues which is confront by a
medicine expert while conducting the review of literature (Goldenberg,2017). The skills and
knowledge feature as per the personal and professional skills that are mentioned below:
Technical skills: I am weak in the technical skills that is develop problems in my
professional work to treat children and try to understand prescription in a very polite way. By
this, I was confront problems at a workplace in properly examining numerical figures and facts
which is accumulated from various sources like informational and evidence based practice.
Problem Solving: Due to this problem solving skills, my total efficiency to conducting
literature review increases that effect to improving the efficiency of working. In this my issues
solving skills are much powerful which assist to me as a care practitioner in resolving the
problems of faculty members.
Time management: It can proceed to late in the submission of report to my seniors,
peers and supervisors, team leaders that effects the conduction of literature review in given time
period. I confronts various type of problems to managing the time by the reason in which i can
say that this skills are effectual (Govindaiah,2014).
