INTRODUCTIONHealth and social care is sector that includes provision of health and social work activities(Hart, 2018). The work sector will be inclusive of provision of variety of social assistanceservices that directly relates with client. The present report is based on identifying the processand purpose conducting research and that must be based on evidence practice in health and socialcare. TASK 11. Description on the purpose and process conducting research in enabling evidence basedpractice in health and social care. In this, the aim of evidence based practice is to provide high quality care to the individualor patients. Thus, evidence based practice has various range of meanings. Thus, the purpose ofevidence based practice is as- The main motive is to provide evidence based practice in terms to deliver the high quality care toindividual patients and patient (Lee, Brain and Martin, 2017). In order to achieve it, nurses needto be carefully evaluate the ideas and experience and must apply with the all kind of nursingpractices. Under this, it has been also suggested that professional must put their considerationover the dynamic interaction of belief and value system that affects the experience of patients inhealth care. In contemporary health care settings, the evidence are continually changing. The new researchand technologies emerge, old ideas and opinions and this are subjects to scrutiny. In addition tothis, evidence based practice is continual changing and developing. In this, they must learn toadopt the process of evidence based practice. With the help of being, open and transparent,clinical decision making can be justified and accountability demonstrated effectively. Process of evidence based practice as- 1.Ask a clinical guiding questions- In this, there is need to convert the need for informationabout the terms that is based on things as prevention, diagnosis, prognosis and therapy.2.Find information/evidence to answer question- In this, it can select the information fromthe things as database or resources likely to answer types of being asked, utilize,keywords and concepts (Gates, Kang and Lerner, 2017.).1
