This report covers differece between role of leader and the function of manager, application of role of leader in organizatinal context, appreciation of role of leaders in operation function, understanding of the relationship between leadership and management in contemporary business environment. Such efforts which is done by managers will give the good results and help to improve the business performance in changing environment(Raman, 2019). P3 Different theories and models of approach including situational leadership, system and contingency Business organization is bases on different strategies and model that are formulated by scholars and applied by companies in order to improve their workings and profitability. As superiors are having good talent and experience they are responsible to formulate all activities and functions which bring changes and deliver better quality of products.
