Additionally, it describes the key approaches,significance and worth of business administration that leaders and directorsplay in their business to achieve objectives. This project also examines various ways from operation management to improve efficiency in accomplishing success. It assesses various factors within business environment that either positively or negatively impact upon decision-making procedure of leaders and managers within an organisation.
