across whole wide world. This report is categorised in various parts where first section includes
detail information on the role of a leaders & manager. In addition to this, various leadership
approaches are also going to be discussed in this report. On the other hand, second section of this
report explain the key trading operations of an organisation. At the end of this report, analysis
about the influence of functional management on the process of making of decisions by a
