Martin, it is a British manufacturing company which deals with luxury sports car and speed. The
organisation is known for its beautiful and innovative designs that attracts customers to purchase
their products. In this part different roles of leaders and managers of Aston Martin will be
discussed by highlighting difference between management and leadership. A theory will be
applied stating its strength and weakness of different approaches to situations within Aston
Martin. The project also covers the approaches to operation management and importance of
operation management in achieving business objectives. There are also various factors within
