Business expansion is defined as procedure of establishing a venture or a company into
specific market, within a new nation, where success and growth factors are accessible in bulk.
This process drives the attention of an organization toward grabbing existing and in the future
venture growth opportunities. The current assignment will be based on Oak Cash & Carry, which
falls under the category of small and medium size organizations in the United Kingdom. The
study will explain what things chosen company should consider when expanding. It will also
define application of Ansoff matrix, source of funding, and options to exit business, including
benefits and drawbacks of each option. Furthermore, the report will justify a business plan,
including varied aspects and elements.

1- Growth opportunities.
While taking initiative to enter into a new market, there are a lot of things which Oak Cash
& Carry should consider as it is essential for company and its existing team members to do so, in
appropriate manner.
The first thing that organization take into its consideration, while expanding venture across
national boundaries is financial options that it may utilize to gain more benefits. As it is also
essential for them to make assure that the selected option is appropriate or not.

By considering appropriate financial option, firm may take next steps and move to further
growth path in the retail market where it want to grow rapidly and competitively, which is quite
