INTRODUCTION
Strategic human resouce management means a relation between all the resouces of a
company and the goals and objectives of the organisation. It not only improves the performance
of business but provides competitive advantage too. For every company strategic resources are
very much important. An organisation growth can be easily affected by these type of human
resouces. It is very much essential for the company to properly focus on managing the human
resources because it enhances the strengths of the organisation. It involves achieving goals and
leading the business to success. There are many advantages of strategic human resource
management like for an organisation managing employees and the company is important and its
possible by the use of such resources, it increases the job satisfaction of individuals and so on.
The below analysis is based on Easy Jet airlines. It is one of the famous uk based airline which
provides low cost flights within Europe. It has become customers favourite airline because of
good quality standards as well as best staff. It includes around 8000 pilots and 5000 crew
members. (Armstrong, 2019)

Current trends and development : Human resource management play huge role in
organisation. Current trends and development affect the organisation in both the aspects negative
or positive. Negative factors are ; has less customers, expensive and Positive factors are ;
increase profitability, brand value. (Bailey and et.al, 2018)
Technology: Technologies in well manner now days because now days technologies are
very important in people day to day life, work in any organisation is totally based on
technologies. Such as ; in Easy jet airlines customers are book their tickets on online
application it is easy for both customers as well company. Customers can check ratings.
Price, offers,timings and services. In traditional time customers has to visit airport for
their booking now days it is easy process.
Company and organisation requirement : They hire employees according to their
skills and requirements and separate each department so it is easy in managing the work.

Benefits to employees : company provide paid training to employees for better
performance and also provide them different benefits now days. Employees has less
workload they has various facilities.
Availability of workforce : company get employees easily for job because many people
are unemployed so there are many people need job. In traditional time if company has
vacancy people didn't know about it but now days company give their vacancy on online
so people can apply easily. (Boon and et.al, 2018)
Rules and regulations by government : Now days legal process is also easy every thing
is available on online , company no need to visit government offices and in current
scenario there is strict rules and regulation by government such as ; safety of customers,
health policies, facilities to employees and etc.
Competitors : In current era company has competitors in huge numbers. Every one has
different identity and brand value. it depend company how they develop their brand value
in different way such as; different services and facilities, offers , cost and benefits for
employees.
Brand value : Now days brand value is most important to attract the customers, it
increase profitability and effectiveness of company. This is very effective factor that
build a relationship with loyal customers and take feedbacks on regular basis it build trust
between company and customers. The main factor in this company is safety measures.

Growth level : human resource management has huge role in growth of company the
process from recruiting to employees leaving the company is in under the HR
department. They select the employees , trained them , allot work them, give payment,
manage their activities and etc. company needs strong HR team for better performance
and growth of company. Easy jet airlines has skilled human resource management, they
trained them very well and provide different benefits and facilities also. it helps in better
performance. (Cooke, Xiao and Chen, 2020)
Technologies use in organisation : In current scenario technologies are most important
in working environment , it makes work easy. Technologies in this company is very
