INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management have purposes as leader is known as the individual who
motivate workers while managers are an art of doing things from others but both share the
common vision (Bharadwaj and Schefold, 2017). This report is based on Premier Inn London
Country Hall hotel that is headquarter in United Kingdom. This aims to provide excellent
offerings to guest and also focus to offer efficient services to gain maximum client’s satisfaction.
This report comprises of classical management theories and leadership styles that support in
attainment of goals in a respective manner. This report also covers several element which

skills so as to determine systematic procedure in a workplace. At last, it includes change

Theory of classical management is an approach that help in satisfying the several needs of
employees so as to gain retention of workers and job satisfaction to sustain in market. This
enhance the productivity and accelerates the efficiency in a workplace (Bush, Bell and
Middlewood, 2019). This theory is based on scientific management approach that determine the

Fayol’s principle of management:
