Management skill: The manager of the Hazev, Has and Tas have the various
skill which ensure the success of the restaurant. Manager have the better problem solving
skills which help the manager to effectively solve the conflict situation among the
employees and creates the healthy working environment in the restaurant.
Leadership skill: The leader of the Hazev, Has and Tas restaurant have the
various skills which ensure the increased efficiencies of the employees work. Better
communication skill of the leader plays an important role in providing the information
about the business objective of the Hazev, Has and Tas and also increase the employee
participation towards achieving the organisational goal which can be possible only through
motivating employees by giving them rewards.

for achieving the desired level of results. Effective organisational skill also leads to the
higher productivity and profitability because it reduces stresses, save time and ensure
that the important objective of the three restaurants are meet.
Problem solving skill: Manager with problem solving skill always results in increasing
the overall performance of the firm because manager of the Hazev, Has and Tas need to
deal with the various problems on the daily basis for ensuring the smooth functioning
