INTRODUCTION
The project plan is the series of formal documents which helps in outlining the entire
project goals and objectives, specific tasks. The project plan helps in telling about the goals, team
and timing, deliverables which needs detail project planning (Apaling, and Ignacio, 2020). This
outline the process that team will use for managing and creating the project. It helps in mapping
out the steps and resources that helps in completing project on time and budget. The report is
based on preparing project plan on basis of time management for the unit 5 project in which it
will covers several elements.
MAIN BODY
Project plan
In preparing the project plan timetable approach is used which consider the stages that is

synthesis of proteins, role of nucleic acids in nucleus and cytoplasm. Further, understanding is
provided how cells grow and divided.
Deadline for first draft
After researching the topic for preparing project and gathering of basic project details &
data is been collected the first draft will be created by studying the brief. In writing the first draft
an rough outline will made on paper to get an idea what to cover the topics. The input will be
taken from the teachers, team members and discussion will be made. The person will take 2 days
for reading the brief and by the third day it will make its first draft which will be presented to the
tutor and after this student will start preparing for the final draft and it will wait for the feedback
regarding the first draft. The first draft will of 1000 words (Dat, T.T., 2019).
Allocated time for proof reading and amending
After preparing the first draft and presented to teacher it will take 1 day for proof reading
by checking that it in proper format and structure and effectively there is use of Ms word. The
tutor will check that relevant content is provided with proper line spacing, titles and sections and
good grammar is being used.
Deadline for producing final draft
As already the student start preparing its final draft then it will produce its final draft by
the date of 8-4-2022. In the final draft it will cover all the remaining topics to make a complete
project. Along with this it will also make required corrections in first draft which is provided by
teacher as feedback (Saffa, G.F., 2020). In preparing the final draft the student will take help
from its team members, teachers and some outside sources such as book, journals, to make
project content authentic and relevant which looks effective while reading by other person. The
final draft will produce of 1000 words remaining.
Allocated time for final checking
Now, the final draft is completed it time to have final review. The final review will have
considered that all topics have been covered with proper headings, sections, referencing and
content by using adequate grammar and vocabulary. To make project effective there will use of
charts and tables so as to make attractive. For the final checking 1 day is being allocated in time
management approach (Zeidane, M.E.H.O., 2020).

The submission date
This refers to basically final data on which assessment is needed to be submitted. In
preparing project plan this is the last step where project is needed to be submitted after
conducting research, preparing of drafts, proof reading and modifications has been made. The
submission date will be end date which is provided by the tutor to its students.
CONCLUSION
From the above it is concluded that project plan is very important which helps in
determining what task needs to accomplished and in what way. To make project plan time
management approach is taken which defines when to start task and finish.
