The cars manufactured byAston Martin Lagonda are famous for design, performance and quality. A large range of cars are manufactured by organization in international market.Aston Martin Lagonda was established in year 1913 in London United Kingdom by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford (Salinas, Romaní and Silva, 2018).This company is serving people around the globe with the luxurious goods manufactured by it.Leaders of Aston Martin Lagonda are looking for improving the practices through management plan, that are related to equality and diversity on the work place. This project also can be used as foundation to develop future management plans for company. Research Approach There are different research approaches are used in the research project where different kind of information is collected and analysed. Mainly there in research project three types of research approaches are used. These three types of research approaches are- inductive research approach, deductive research approach and abductive research approach. Each type of research approach is used in different condition and research objectives. For this research project inductive research approach is used.The inductive approach is based on the generation of new information and theory that can help the researcher to develop or implement various changes respectively. In this approach research select a perspective about a topic and all the research performed by them is based on this particular topic. This is one of the best approach the can helps the research er to develop new information. The main advantage of Inductive approach is - this research make the data analysis more simpler and meaningful to reader, it is easy to understand and it is interesting to perform. Data collection There are two type of data collection methods are mostly used in the research projects where various kind of data and information is retrieved from different sources. The main type of data collection approaches are – Primary and secondary data collection technique. For this both 8

In the secondary data collection various sources like books, journal and articles are used to collect the secondary data.
