INTRODUCTION
The research is being conducted to identify the understanding of talent management in
manufacturing sector within business industry. Talent management is highly significant for
maintaining productivity and proficiency of an organisation as it is a process of retaining and
attracting employees (Taylor, 2018). This research work includes several frameworks where
aims are objectives are prepared and for it primary and secondary collection of data techniques
are used. At the end it reflects conclusion with suitable recommendations that is presented for
research effectively. To conduct this project manufacturing sector is to be undertakes. It is based
on Bentley motors that are one of a luxury car manufacturing and marketer company founded in
UK since 1919. To organise the operations and activities company adopts several approaches of
talent management such as recruiting, selecting evaluating performance so that best talent are
retained within an organisation. In this several challenges and obstacles are faced by organisation
at the time of implementing talent management that are discussed within this report along with
strategies to overcome it. In this primary and secondary data is to be used along with Gantt chart
and Work Breakdown structure that helps in segmenting activities into small segments so that
activities are attained on time. At the end it represents reflection in relation to completing this
project report.

Overview of research- This research is based on Talent management which is highly
effective for reach the business aims in an appropriate manner. In terms of Bentley Motors, talent
management is mainly important practice to retain talent within manufacturing sector. This
research project is based on strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles while implementing
talent management in an organisation (Pandita and Ray, 2018). To complete this study project
management plan is very useful. Project management refers to a continuous long term process
that is implemented by an organisation to making a structure for repetitive structure to attain

objectives. It includes several stages such as initiation, planning, execution, performance control
and closure. By involving in this project research overall skills and knowledge is to be enhanced
in wider manner that helps in developing their future professional career.

term that assists organization to organized right and talented workforce on board. It helps in
growing business capabilities by keeping business aim and objectives in mind. It is a process of
defying gap between talent and vacant positions, sourcing and on-boarding skilled and
experienced candidate so that company goals and objectives are attained on specified period of
time. In manufacturing department it is highly essential to recruit and retain right talent so that
productivity and proficiency is to be maintained. It helps in achieving long term objectives
within competitive marketplace.

The challenges which are faced by manufacturing department is finding right talent for specified
job role. In terms of automobile manufacturing sector company face the challenge related to
dynamic changing profile of experiences talent. Shutdown due to COVID impact also creates
challenge on manufacturing department to find right talent that gives proficient results (Talent
Management in Manufacturing: Challenges and Opportunities, 2021) . In manufacturing sector
human resource management faces major obstacles to attracts right talent that have enough
knowledge regarding science, technology, mathematics to match the demands of markets related
to manufacturing process for company growth.
Strategies which can be used by manufacturing company for mitigating challenges of TM
According to the viewpoint of Jarie Bolander, (2020), Manufacturing sector within
business industry is very wide and to manage their activities talent management is highly
essential. In Talent management companies face several challenges like finding right talent with
suitable knowledge related to science, technology, changes in demographic culture etc. affects a
business firm growth. To mitigate challenge related to finding right talent management of
manufacturing sector focus on developing relations with several business institutions and schools
so that number of talented workforce are attracted. It helps in selecting the best suitable for
specific job role. To remove the certainty of common risk organization adopts the use of
technological application such as Artificial intelligence, virtual graphics etc. Focus on adopting
sig sigma to analyze issues and solution for development.

Project management plan defines as a outline map which is useful for managers and also
investigator to adopts several strategies that are essential for conducting a research. It is very
significant to implement project management plan while doing a research (MuratbekovaTouron,
Kabalina and Festing, 2018). It includes several elements that are useful to conduct a research
that is elaborated below:
Scope- The scope of conducting this research is to enhance information related to several
challenges and obstacles that faced by Bentley and several strategies that they adopts to
overcome it. It helps in attracting and retaining talented employees at working area.

Cost- The cost that was incurred in doing the research successfully is termed as project
cost. In this research $ 500 will be needed so that project is completed successfully that helps in
drawing conclusion and recommendation effectively for an organization (Crane and Hartwell,
2019). Cost is very essential to conduct all tasks effectively in a specified time period.
Communication- To conduct a research successfully communication is very essential
because in research more than one person is included. In this whole team conducts a research to
provide data and information related to specified topic. Communication among people helps in
easily elaborates project management plan.
Resources- To do a research number of resources are used that helps in drawn conclusion
in a specified period of time. These resources are human, financial, technical resources that are
useful to complete research successfully. It involves smart phones, computer system, research
team etc. to communicate resources for completing research.
Risk- While conducting a research there are several types of risk are included such as
technical risk, reliability risk etc. that negatively impact project completion. In research if
communication is not done properly because of technical issues than project cannot be reflects

of data is also essential so that research should be done effectively.
Time- It refers to a amount of time that is being involved while conducting a whole
research successfully. In this research significant amount of time is needed where primary data is
to be collected effectively and efficiently.
Quality- It is one of the essential factors for reliable conducting a research. It is very
significant to get quality in gathering data so that suitable conclusion and recommendation is to
be presented (Vaiman and et. al., 2018). The quality within research is to be measured by using

P4 Small scale research by implementation qualitative and quantitative research
Research methodology defines the several aspects to conduct research effectively. It
involves all types of study such as sampling, ethics, data collection tools and many other factors
which helps in completing research methodology by presenting successful results to research.
Several aspect of research methodology is presented below:
Data resources- It is one of the best measure where researcher focused on conducting
research is present viable and reliable conclusion. Data resources are of two type i.e. primary
research that means data are collected first handedly for conducting research and secondary
research when data are collected by previously published books, articles, journals etc. To
properly get the results investigator adopts primary research where they used questionnaire
(Gardas and et. al., 2019). In this data are collected from number of chosen respondents. In this

presenting successfully results so that best outcomes it to present.
Data collection methods- It is a process of collecting data related to particular topic to
draw a research findings. It is effective for examine external environment as it is implemented to
predict present trends available within market. It includes several methods such as online,
interviews, telephone etc. In this survey is a technique that is used by investigator to develop
questionnaire for specific topic. It is highly appropriate to connect number of audience directly.
Data analysis- It refers to that technique that is used to analyzed data within research. It
includes two methods such as qualitative and quantitative method. In this qualitative method is
used to that where theoretical analysis is done that includes interview transcript. Quantitative
research is one where data is being analyzed in numerical terms (De Sousa Sabbagha, Ledimo
and Martins, 2018). It includes pivot tables, charts, graphs etc. These tools are effective to test
the data proficiently.
Sampling- It refers to a way researcher chose respondents to conduct research
successfully. It basically involves two methods that are probability and non probability method.
To conduct this research researcher adopts random sampling method where they select people
randomly to conduct primary research. In this 40 respondents are to be chosen by researcher on
random basis those filled questionnaire.

research on time. In this my decision making and problem solving skills also helps me to deal
with complex issues properly. This research helps in presenting the professional terms that helps
in reflecting path in particular direction. In future if I will involves in such type of research than
