Challenges and Obstacles in Manufacturing Sector Talent Management

This research aims to understand the challenges and obstacles faced by the manufacturing sector in implementing talent management. The case study focuses on Bentley Motors, a luxury car manufacturing company. The research includes the analysis of talent management concepts, challenges faced by the manufacturing department, and strategies to mitigate these challenges. Primary and secondary data collection methods, along with a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart, are used for the research.
