INTRODUCTION
The study aims to determine the key challenges and obstacles of talent management faced
by organisation. Talent management is a continuous process that allows an organisation to
enhance skills and competencies of employees. Main aim behind this is to strengthen
organisational workforce. Primary aim of business management project is to effectively re-brand
the company with the help of comprehensive practices such as planning, executing, and
controlling particular tasks and projects. Organisation is required to have proper understanding
of talent management strategies in order to effectively overcome the obstacles and challenges of
talent management. In order to manage business operations it is essential to implement effective
talent management strategies. Present report has been conducted on Aston Martin, which is
operating it functioning as a manufacturer organisation. In this report formative discussion has
been conducted on project aim, objectives, questions, data analysis and recommendation.

P1. Devise project aim and objectives for a chosen scenario.
Talent management plays an essential role for an organisation. It is a constant cycle that
attracts employees, build up their abilities and enhance their capabilities for higher performance.
The fundamental motive of talent management is to inspire the potential employees . It is an
effective business tool which helps in completing the things in a successful way with the
assistance of experienced workers.
Aston Martin is performing its business as a British independent manufacturer of luxury
sports cars and grand tourers. This organisation headquartered in England, United Kingdom and
was established in the year 1913 and operates its business operations with more than 2,450
employees. In order to accomplish this research investigator has been hired as a HR consultant
who effectively evaluate key challenges and obstacles faced by company. Main motive of
present research is to determine effective strategies through which these challenges can be
overcome in an effective manner.

Concept of Talent management in context with organisation
As per the view point of Zeiders (2020), talent management is defined as a continuous
process in which organisation engaged in the process of constantly attracting as well as retaining
employees by offering them motivation and developing their skills (What is Talent
Management? All You Need to Know to Get Started 2020). Main aim behind this is to improve
their performance. Talent management plays most important role in context with organisation as
it allow company to enhance their profitability (Wingfield and Chavez, 2020).
Key challenges and obstacles faced by Aston Martin in the process of implementing talent
management strategies
As per the view point of Latukha (2020), there are number of changes or obstacles that
can be faced by Aston Martin during the process of talent management. In this the major

challenge is related to lack of leadership. Along with this Aston Martin can also face challenges
in implementing talent management strategies which is related to unappealing company culture.
These challenges can affect smooth talent management strategies implementation process of
Aston Martin.
Best strategies to overcome the challenges of talent management that can be adopted by
organisation to implement talent management objectives
According to the view point of Wiblen (2020), there are various forms of strategies
through which company can overcome the challenge of talent management. In this with the help
of taking use of best talent management strategies to prevent employee turnover is effective.
While on the other hand, with the help of effective leadership and offering training to employees
in best strategies to overcome the challenges of talent management.

aim towards enhancing effectiveness of research.

Gantt chart is defined as a graphical representation of the general timetable of the task,
which shows the beginnings and finish date of the different components of the exploration
project within a set time span. It is the visual introduction of separating the errand into little

Gantt chart acts as a horizontal bar chart representation that helps in planning as well as
scheduling of activities based on their size and the information is deliberate into horizontals bar
