which potential of individuals can be enhanced. This leads to creation of affirmative influence on
overall productivity of organisation (Akunda, Chen and Gikiri, 2018). With respect to
management strategies, they analyse business requirements that enables them to identify rising
cost, altering attitude of individuals, and difficulties within recruitment process. The report is
based on Bentley Motors that is automobile manufacturing firm and was established on 1919
with their services worldwide. The report comprises of project plan, its execution and reflection
for small scale research.

Overview: Talent management is critical aspect of organisation that is needed in business
as this enhances the capability of business in productive way. This leads to amplify attractiveness
of business and they are able to retain their potential human resources that lead to create
affirmative impact on working tendency. Bentley Motors is multinational organisation; therefore
it becomes important for management to make sure that resources are used in effective manner
through which their potential can be enlarged (Bibi, 2019). For this it is crucial for business to
have relevant strategy through which they can attain as well as attract ample of employees for
longer duration of time.

project. Here, sustained levels for interest will be developed through which capability for
reaching probable working conditions is amplified over certain time frame. This brings in
strategic development that is induced among development, retaining as well as attracting
employees who possess high skills and knowledge. This involves having a right human resource
at relevant time frame which can be further utilised for identification better advancements
(Bussin and Mouton, 2019). Furthermore, it leads to amplify working opportunities that leads to
enhance working sufficiency over certain period of time. This brings in long term enhancements
by formulation of plans and this leads to drive retention of talent. This acts as integral part of
firm which brings firm to have competitive edge within the marketplace.
