Sainsbury.

Research Objectives
 To determine the concept of talent management strategies in
context to Sainsbury.
 To examine the talent management strategies that are used by
company to retain employees for long run.
 To assess the challenges faced by Sainsbury while implementing
certain talent management strategies.

The current project is about talent management that develop the
understanding how to manage the workforce in the
organization and how to attracts them in order to getting the
work done. This project accomplish the all goals and
objectives of particular project that is important to manage the
task effectively.

Recommendation
It has been recommended to management of each
organization or Sainsbury to focus on talent
management strategies and make efforts to select the
right candidate. The management should be provide
proper training and development programme to their
staff which build their confidence to work properly and
managing each task.

Conclusion
This can be concluded that the current project is about talent
management that develop the understanding how to manage
the workforce in the organization and how to attracts them in
order to getting the work done. This project accomplish the all
goals and objectives of particular project that is important to
manage the task effectively. Yes, of course this project
succeed in its aims as by following the talent management
strategies employees will be retain at the workplace and
perform their roles properly.
