While studying in London college, I completed many courses which developed my skills
and abilities. As I was interested in human resource management so I worked in this field as an
HR management. I feel happy to conduct this research as it improved my knowledge in area of

researcher who analysis the performance and apply them within organization. All aims processed with

All aspects of project considered by research who conducted the research in proper way by using using
Gantt Chart and WBS. This states the time scale in which task being completed.

While working on project I faced the problem of changing employee behaviour as per situation and
lower motivation that was creating issues in completing the project and managing all task effectively.
