will necessitate a significant financial investment on the part of the researcher. It will assist them
in completing each project job in a methodical and efficient manner.
Another important aspect of the study is access, which aids the researcher in gathering primary
and secondary material on the subject (Dubey and Gunasekaran, 2015). The researcher will need
access to the firm to obtain data from the personnel in order to acquire primary data. Within the
scope of an inquiry, research has complete access to the data sources chosen.
Research methodology
Research is a methodical procedure that aids researchers in gathering data on a certain topic of
study (Collings, Scullion and Caligiuri, 2018). There are a few primary and secondary research
methodologies and methods that will be discussed below:
Methodology for the study: There are two approaches of primary method that are named
as Inductive addition to deductive approach. In context to inductive approach, it is about
developing a theory or model of working (Popple, 2015). However, deductive approach is all
about resting exiting theory. Through these approaches, an investigator analyses qualitative
together with quantitative data. Present study looks towards quantitative research in which
researcher focuses on using deductive technique to analyse quantitative data as it saves time as
well as other resources. As per existing study, inductive method is not effective since it is
completely qualitative.
Primary and secondary data: In a study, there are two forms for collecting data which
assist researchers to gather qualitative and quantitative data. In primary data, the use of
questionnaires aids the researcher in assembling quantitative information or data. Secondary
research, in contrary, helps researchers in gathering data which is already collected by others
from ample number of sources, like, books, periodicals as well as articles. As per to the findings
of the current study, a questionnaire will be utilized to obtain accurate data from respondents
(Banks, 2017).
Probability and non-probability sampling are two sampling strategies that help investigators
to determine sample size for the research (Spence and Hyams-Ssekasi, 2015). In context to
present study, probability sampling was used to determine sample size since it aids in sample
