their clients. This company is providing its services to various clients in order to resolve their
issues as well as provide better solutions. This will help in improving their productivity as well
as profitability. This report includes project management plan that consist of cost, scope, time,
communication, quality, resources and risks. It consists of work breakdown structure and Gantt
charts that will provide a time frame for research. Different methods has been used in order to
conduct an effective research as well as analyse data. It report includes the key finding on the
bases of research as well as various recommendations is also suggested.

management and financial issues while conducting respective research. Due to lack of financial
amount provided to perform research activities, I was not able to conduct business operations in
correct manner. Because of this I was not able to manage all task and activities in accurate as
