INTRODUCTION
Diversity and equality play essential role in workplace, it helps to enhance the ability of
staff and increase productivity level rather than before. Due to lack of equality and diversity
companies facing issues that effect growth and success for business. They have to face many
challenges that impact on revenue and quality of products. The present report is based on Lucky
cat of Gordon Ramsay restaurants case, they face challenges and issues due to lack of equality
and diversity in workplace. It explains the brief overview of organization, with aim and
objectives. It justifies project management plan, timelines and work break down structure.
Furthermore, this project clarifies methodologies, research findings and recommendations based
on issues and challenges in workplace.

Overview of company
Lucky cat of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants were located in US, United Kingdom, New
Jersey and other places, they have diverse collection of international and London restaurants.
Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is three Michelin star restaurants in UK, operated and owned by
Gordon Ramsay in 1998. In list of Harden's restaurant, Gordon Ramsay is placed at seventeenth
position in London. They produce different types of dishes for its potential consumers in order to
retain with business, company also restructure their existing menu or ad some food items
according to the demand of people that help to attract new clients. They serve high quality of
food to people within marketplace effectively, with the help of experienced and talented
applicants in workplace. They provide its services in Atlantic city, Baltimore, Las Vegas etc.
with set of unique sinning experience.
Restaurant offering good consumers service in clean and hygienic environment that help to
enhance experience of its number of guests in systematic manner (Oswick and Noon, 2014). The
staff of this restaurant interact with people in courteous and positive attitudes that drive guest
towards firm. Workers of restaurant are able to deliver greater quality of food dishes quickly and
on time without any unsatisfactory work, because it impacts on growth and market position of
business. The cleaning department will always clean dining and cooking area properly in order to
keep restaurants clean at all the times. Lucky cat is able to prepare foods accordant to

requirement and demand of target market. It is rated as third most expensive restaurants in UK as
well as all around the world. Fat cow, Murano, Verre, Petrus, Savoy grill etc. are one of the best
Gordon Ramsay restaurants. Pressed Foie and lobster is one of the most expensive dish of
restaurant which is not affordable for every one in state. The staff member work without any
specific dress code, they can wear something formal.

PMP is to foresee risks and issues as possible and to make plan for controlling and organizing

innovative culture or innovation, it supports to increase opportunity to understand workers and
what values means for all of them. Along with this equality in workplace is also important as
diversity, because it helps to create positive and health environment for all workers where they
