INTRODUCTION The role of equality on the work place and diversity on work place is important for organization. These both things are related to the performance and personal satisfaction of individual person in an organization. Workplace diversity in organization is defined as- if the work place of organization is consists of people who could be differentiated on basis of race, gender, education, lifestyle, sexual orientation, religion, age and their personal values. Diversity allows the organization to collect people in organization who are possessing different qualities and skills which are useful for organization to maintain their performance in the market place. This is a challenge for organization to manage equality on the diverse range of people or employees in organization. So, organization used different policies that can allow them to meet the equality demands of organization. Organization like British Petrolium achieve these goals using different practices that are focused on improving the workplace environment by implement better relationship between employees. This report is focused on British Petrolium which is a public limites organization that considered in the oil and gas. It was founded in year 1909 by William Knox D'Arcy Project management is a process that is followed by the organization to full fill particular goals of organization. This is a typical process that includes various steps that can support the process of implementing improvement in the organization.
