This template provides a project logbook for the chosen organisation, allowing learners to update their weekly research and tasks achieved. It includes sections for completion of tasks, identification of risks/issues, problems encountered, new ideas and change of project direction, and tasks planned for the next week.

Template for Performance Review to be attached with the report by the
learner:
 What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The project was to identify various measures to resolve the issues and challenges that the
company has to face in future due to workplace diversity and equality. A study on Unilever Plc.
 Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please
outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, research is conducted as per the pre-determined aims and objectives
of research. And its analysis is done by the project manager of the
organisation.
 What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the
project.
Time which was allotted to conduct the research was utilised efficiently
and in the cost which was estimated.
 What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled?
Was there timely identification of issues and resolution during the project
process?
While collecting the data from internet the appropriateness of such data was an
issue as on the basis of such data entire interpretation is dependent.
 What did you learn from undertaking the project?
While undertaking the research I had to learn to work in team as I appointed
various students to help me. Along with this I learnt how consideration of equality
and diversity will help the organisation.
