Digital technology determines important concept in success of thebusiness. This is because it carries electronic tools, systems, devices andresources. In this aspect, there are several elements included, which assiststo generate more profits and revenue at workplace. It includes on-line games,social media, etc. (Mackey and Gas, 2015). However, digital technology determines several elements that promotebusiness and its operations in a successful way. This is because it changesways in which customers are interacting with the organisations. Also, theactivities of digital technologies are very important to organise activities thatenhance productivity. In addition to this, it also increase competitive advantages that areimportant for increasing efficiency, sales and saves money as well. Further, italso plays very important role to make a successful economy in the country.The internet also becomes increasing which integrate into the businessmarketing. Qbic hotel is a small sector of the hospitality industry, so that they shouldimplement advanced technology. Therefore, they can serve advance servicesto a customer so that it impacts positively on them (Bimber, 2014). In this way,they will easily attract potential customers at the workplace. In addition to this,the company can also serve high-quality food and implement Wi-Fi services atthe workplace. It will also create an effective brand image to the business formeeting its targets.
