In this consideration, development of the business also increase productivity andprofitability in systematic manner. It is the advantages which helps to increase competitivenessin the business so that they can make innovations easily. Furthermore, it will also help to setdifferent activities to attract customers in their business. There are different tools and techniqueshas been implemented that assists to find creative solution towards the aims and objectives atworkplace. TASK 1LO 1P1) Project aim and objectivesProject is a work based aspect for accomplishing any task and meeting its goalsefficiently (Hanelt and et.al., 2015). However, project's aim is on analysing usefulness of digitaltechnologies in implementing business operations of Qbic hotel. In addition to this, it impacts onentity's growth and improving its efficiency at maximum level.Aim of the project:“The impact of digital technologies supporting small business and innovations: A casestudy on Qbic hotel”.Objectives To understand concept of using digital technologies for business operations.To identify significance of adopting digital technologies to create innovations on businessoperations of Qbic hotel.To recognise influence on business operations of small scale enterprise as using digitaltechnologies.1

To recommend suggestions for using digital technologies during project and entity'simplementations.P2) Project management planIt is essential to consider all factors and tools during project on the selected topic for thesmall-scale enterprise such as: cost incurred in business operations, time frame, workers involvedin accomplishing project and so on (Holmström and Partanen, 2014). However, consideration onproject planning tools can be discussed below:Cost: It is needed to prepare budget as of incurring cost for accomplishing any particulartask as in purchasing resources, labour cost, additional overhead etc. However, it is goodfor managing resources and fund effectively. Including this, different ideas are generatedregarding where to spend and how much to spend on project for implementation of Qbichotel (Elyas and et.al., 2015). Therefore, cost incurred in project is recognised as inprocess of conducting research, data collection and accomplishing project. Scope: There is a wide scope on project related to implementing business operations ofQbic hotel which influences its growth at higher level (Agrifoglio and et.al., 2017).However, it scopes for adopting creations and digital technologies for businessoperations. Including this, it is also related with enhancing quality services andefficiencies of the small-scale enterprise efficiently. In addition to this, it is forecastedthat if organisation creates innovations in business operations then demand for its goodsand services will be enhanced in wide range. Likewise, it will be good to increase profitlevel and marketability of the entity on large scale. Along with this, it is good forimproving quality of services and growth of small scale entity. Time: For decision making during project, a specified time is required for accomplishingtasks; therefore, project can be accomplished effectively. The time frame for this projectis related with research, data collection, interpretation on collected data and so on(Martinell and Milosevic, 2016). However, adequate time is set for project on identifyingimportance of using digital technologies for the entity. Therefore, time frame and settingtiming for the entity specifically remain essential for implementation of Qbic hotel andmanaging all tools as well.2

Quality: This project management tool is related with considering quality of resourcesand planning for its accomplishment. In accordance to this, quality used in project planand decision making regarding its effectiveness will be efficient for the small-scale unit(Karlsen, Folke and Torvatn, 2015). Including this, it is effective for appropriate decisionmaking and increasing its efficiency at higher level. Therefore, consideration on qualityof resources and time is identified to meet its goals effectively.Communication: Very important process considered as the sharing information and datafrom one place to another on which appropriate decision can be made regarding itsimplementation. Similarly, a clear vision and scope is identified for the project along withtechnique to accomplish tasks regarding meeting its goals (Frank, 2014). Including this,project manager of Qbic hotel shares goal and strategies of the team work with itsmembers to gain their participation in accomplishing tasks as well. Therefore,communication in context to project planning and its growth is identified for its growthefficiently. Risk: It is considered that several risks are occurred during project such as lack ofrequired resources and fund, inefficient workers as well as lack of coordination and so on.It is required to prepare planning for project in terms of all these factors and reaching outto its goals. However, determining all kinds of risks and preparing back up plan will beeffective for project on improving business performance of Qbic hotel. Including this, itwill be good for meeting project's goals and accomplishing tasks efficiently (Prendingerand et.al., 2013). Thus, risks occurred during project and meeting its targets efficiently.Resources: For a project, resources are considered to be identified in terms ofimplementing business operations of Qbic hotel using digital technologies. However,resources are to be considered like; fund and material adequacy, people resources asworkers work in the company and so on. Including this, it is beneficial to plan regardingutilising resources and improving productivity of the entity (Taylor, Bogdan andDeVault, 2015). Therefore, adequacy of using resources and tools for project will bemanaged effectively impacts on entity's growth in further years. 3
