1. What is Talent Management?
The term Talent management is having flexible process that involves practise to
identifying and attracting to potential employees who delivering outstanding performances in
organisation. Effective employees are consider as developing their skills and constantly positive
influence which develop their performances (Nilsson., 2019). The objective of talent
management is to making efficient or motivated workforce who serving their role by implement
skills and knowledge for long term aspects. Human resource department of Amazon company is
responsible to conducts talent management program where it helps to identifies high valuable
employees. These employees get promoted and recognised through their manager or superior
that increase job satisfaction as well as long term stability.
2. Description about company.
By selecting organisation is Amazon incorporated which is an American multinational
technology company as it located in Seattle, Washington (Nunan and Domenico., 2019). They
deals on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming and artificial intelligence trait sources
of products and services to deliver to customer. As there are four big companies across the world
as Apple, Facebook, Google and Amazon (Xi and et. al, 2017). Amazon becomes one of the
most influencing business venture towards economic as well as culture in world. Founder of this
company is Jeff Bezos in Bellevue, Washington on 5 July 1994.
The company has started their online business marketplace for books but expanded to sell
variety of products like electronic, software, video games and other home appliances related
goods and services (Tulung and Ramdani., 2018). As number of employees are working more
than 100,000 with more generating income $280.522 billion.
Research Aim
The aim of research is to analyse the process which is assort by researcher or manager of
Amazon to attract, develop, motivate and retain high performing employees of different age
groups.
