With the aim to providetheir customers value products and best services, Sainsbury’s manages a diverse range ofproducts such as grocery market, Food and beverages, wide product line of home collections andstationary. The report will create an in-depth analysis of various measures and strategies that anorganization demands to develop effective personal leadership.INTRODUCTION:Personal leadership development is an important requisite for the strategic manager.Strategic management refers to the analysis of organization, monitoring and assessment of thecurrent situation and accordingly formulate the strategies to achieve predetermined goals andtargets. Strategic manager is endowed with the number of duties and responsibilities. Therefore,personal leadership qualities play vital role in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of strategicmanager (Hart and Waisman, 2005).
