Literature Review According to [1], nearly ten PM (Project Management) tool related knowledge and guidance to plan software projects are shared. This research is conducted to fulfill the increasing demands of PM tools among the students of higher education computer courses. The education of PM tool facilitates the application of particular PM technique. The researchers observe the need to improvise the teaching of PM tools, and proposes the instructional feedback approach. The proposed approach can be beneficial for the student to learn and equip PM tool skills, including evaluating the actions and decision making. This approach must be applied in the instructional unit (IU) teaching PM tools that are aligned with the PM body of knowledge. The researchers evaluated the proposed instructional feedback technique by experimenting it on the students of undergraduate computer courses. The results showed positive results, where the technique helped the students to learn and meet their needs of better teaching, for clearly understanding the PM theory and its practice. As talked about in the writing [2], the article represents the past nine year old developed practicesandtheirimplementationformanagingthemainriskswhichconfrontedthe Computational Research and Engineering Acquisition Tools and Environments (CREATE) program. The CREATE tools are developed depending on years of scientific and engineering research. It is observed that several challenges are faced to convert this research knowledge into engineering software which could be used effectively by the engineers who have not contributed for the development of the software. The identified problem include that this research software is notalwaysenoughrobustfortheengineers.Duetowhichvariousprojectshavebeen unsuccessful. The researcher’s recommendation based on their experience in PM supports that all the successful software development programs should contain three easy and important elements such as- Vision which recognizes the advantages along with goals, and later the requirements are defined; Strategy stated in terms of plans and execution of processes, with the required resources and funds for executing the program; and most importantly a well-led team who has necessary technical and project skills, including basic infrastructure and organizational support. 1
As examined in the writing [3] the researchers evaluated the automated data collection of construction projects, to see the importance of real-time progress tracking for active monitoring of all the project phases. This research determines the importance of tracking the project progress automatically and shows the potential of identifying the delays on time in context to supporting decision making. The research on technological developments for facilitating the objectives of project management are outlined in this research paper. This research hopes to assist the stakeholders in selecting the right data collection tools. This research is based on the augmented reality situations. When compared to the advanced tools which lack tracking and automatic documentation the augmented reality applications are concluded to be more promising for all projects irrespective of their size and type. Moreover, these applications are drastically growing as the web-based applications and the wireless network technologies are turning out to be highly accessible. As per [4], the researchers presented a novel Cloud-based mobile system to assist the software engineering students in Capstone course, to develop their skills with the theoretical and practicalapproach.Theabsenceofappropriatetooltocommunicatewiththestudents, stakeholders, and the academic team was the identified problem. This resulted in dissatisfactory course outcomes and gave rise to the need of how the project management skills can be improved in computing majors with the help of technology-enhanced learning environments. The Cloud-based mobile system is used to support project management under the best practice framework. The proposed system fits well to convert the information into knowledge, with the help of various techniques in Data Science for Empirical Software Engineering. Where the Kanban approach is used which provides better visualization and effective monitoring of activities.TheMobileandCloudComputing(MCC)systemcomponentsupportsthe development of PM skills, including teamwork. Thus, this resulted in positive results to develop skills in the students. It is stated in [5] that, the businesses are gradually depending on IT (Information Technology) for all their business operations, then the project managers are pressurized to innovate new innovations for delivering quality projects, based on budget constraints and on timely basis. The problem revolves around the unity and lack of communication between the 2

stakeholders and people involved in the project. This problem gives rise to lack of resources, extending the scheduled deadlines etc. Thus, this research paper develops a web based software project management system with the help of iterative methodology, to allocate tasks, to monitor theprogressoftheproject, tocreatemilestonesandduringthedevelopmentphasethe shareholders are facilitated to track the project progress. Thus, the problem of unity and lack of communication is resolved in this research paper. The research paper recommends that the web based project management systems must be deployed to fulfill the need of effectively managing the projects. The web based project management systems are determined as useful, convenient, it saves both time and resources, and decreases labour and stationery costs. Therefore, it is essential for the project managers to effectively manage their software projects. As discussed in [6], the researchers have analyzed the software project management tools in various way. Software engineering covers methods, theories and tools for particular design, architecture, testing, andsoftwaresystems’maintenance.Withthedevelopmentand advancement of large software intensive systems, challenges are normal to occur, the solution to these systems is to develop and implement automated approaches, and make them available on time at economic cost. The researchers have determined that, for automated software tools effective planning and managing the projects successfully is highly crucial. Various automated software tools are available for various circumstances and purposes, and methods to select a right software project management tool are limited. However, it is critical to identify the quality project management software. This research paper helps to predict the project management tool’s quality and in future how it could be standardized, based on the modern advancements. 3
