USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN
Introduction
The increasing use of the various technologies in the various industries has led to the
rise of the need of implementing the innovative technologies for catering the present
customer needs. The TreatWithCare is an online beauty parlour that provides the customers
with the facility of making the online bookings through the website and provide the best
quality services. The increasing customer base in the company has led to the rise in the need
of introducing the modern website features. This report intends to introduce various features
in the company website so that the functionality of the website is improved significantly.
Strategy plane research
The phase of strategy plane within the UX design procedure could be described as the
phase that defines the main needs of the user as well as the business objectives (Lin and Li
2016).
Product objectives
The scope could be fundamentally determined through the strategy of site. This
particular strategy mainly includes not only the main aspects that are needed by the people
who are using the website but what is required by the users who are using the website. In the
situation of the TreatWithCare, the users need to view all the services that are available
through the website, make an online booking, get the reminder of any booking that has been
made, and make online payment. The employees of the company wants to use the website to
view the financial performance of the company and view the details of any particular
customer.

User needs
The primary users of the system of TreatWithCare would be the employees,
customers, managers, system admin and the suppliers. The customer needs the inventory of
products and the services of the company to be visible on the website so that they could make
purchases through the website. The schedule of various parlour services should be available
in the company website so that the customers could choose an appropriate booking time and
date.
Agile methodology
The agile software development primarily denotes to the software development
methodologies focussed on the notion of effective iterative development, where the solutions
of the requirements evolves via the collaboration among the self-organising cross-functional
teams. The crucial value in the agile development could be considered as it allows the teams
in delivering extensive value faster, with the improved quality as well as predictability as
well as increased aptitude for responding to the changes. The development of the improved
website of the TreatWithCare parlour could be done using the agile development
methodology.
Questionnaires
The questionnaire could be described as the research instrument that includes the
series of effective questions for the intention of collecting the information from respondents.
The questionnaire could be considered as type of written interview. It could be executed
using face to face interview, post or even computer. The data could be gathered easily
because there is no need of being present when questionnaire has been completed. The
intention of the questionnaire of TreatWithCare parlour is collecting the information

responsibilities?
Do you have brief understanding of the responsibilities you have in the company?
What is most crucial skill that you possess for working efficiently in the
company?
Do you have any other additional formal supervising role in the company?
Do you have a comfortable workspace environment?
What are the aspects in your job that could be improved for making the job easier?
What method do you use for simplifying the responsibilities?
Customer need questions
What functionalities of the website do you frequently use?
Does the website allow you to create your own password?
Do you get reminder of the booking that you made in the parlour?
Is it easy to view the schedule of services provided in the parlour?
Do you get suggestions of available parlour sessions from the website?
Are you able to update your account with any new information?
User personas
The persona that are used in the user-centred design as well as marketing is used for
representing the user type who might use the site, product or the brand in the similar manner.
The persona are used for considering the desires, goals, as well as the limitations of the brand
buyers as well as the users for helping in guiding the decision regarding any service,
