INTRODUCTION
Human resource analyst is the method that is used to assist and create insights into the
workplace, today to remind the contribution of every employee toward generating the revenue
for their company, modification of risk, reducing the overall cost as well as accomplishing
strategic plans (Gepp, and Smith, 2018). Data analysis helps to identify the information that is
needed and it can be used by the organisation to take competitive advantages.
This report will analyze the data both private and public sector by exploring the data
provided in order to gain an understanding of information required by the government. it will
select questions to analyze and provide the information required and also analyse the data for
selected question using appropriate summaries statistics in spreadsheet. This report also has
been highlighted the interesting findings within whole research and also provided
recommendation to the government related to the impact of Brexit an UK organization
recruitment process improvement.
TASKS
Understanding of info required by government
The present data is about companies operating in private and public sector. It is collected
regarding how brexit can impact on them, what are plans, how their growth is impacted, etc. so,
by analysing the data it will provide useful info to government. In that gov will obtain info that
how private and public companies future hiring plan is. How change in staff will affect on their
culture, performance, sales, etc. (Graves, 2020)
Question to provide info required
It is necessary to select specific and relevant questions from data so that useful info is obtained.
The info obtained must be accurate and useful for government in analysing what is impact of
brexit on UK. As there are many questions in data file so it requires to select specific questions.
It is because selection of question will enable in giving useful and relevant info (Heyes, . and
Azapagic, 2018). Thus, the questions selected in it are as follows :
Q1. Is your organisation planning to recruit employees in the next THREE months?
Q3. Is your organisation planning to make any redundancies during the next THREE months?
Q3a. To what extent will these redundancies affect your overall headcount over the next three
months?

Q4. Thinking about the next THREE months, what will be the overall effect of recruiting new
staff and/or making redundancies?
M7. Compared to the rest of your workforce, do EU nationals have a particularly large

people working in the UK who are citizens of another country in the European Union, including
the Republic of Ireland.

to recruit staff in next 3 months and 869 said no. But in public 217 said yes and 94 said no.
however, in private SME 150 said yes and 498 said no and in private large sector 382 said yes
