INTRODUCTION Research is referred to as a systematic phenomenon which is very useful in finding relevant answers to the research questions. Information communication technology skills are considered to be very useful in managing, analysing and appropriately transmitting large amount of data in order to save time and make outcomes more productive. This report will highlight on demonstrating the nature and principles of carrying out research. This study will focus on appropriately using effective ICT while carrying out research. This study will also determine relevant numerical techniques in order to analyse data. MAIN BODY Research is referred to as the systematic investigation of the particular study in order to effectively bridge the gaps on the current knowledge on the specific research topic. This in turn helps in reaching new conclusion by effectively resolving various research problems (Sikora, Evans and Kelley, 2019). Research is referred to as a systematic phenomenon which is very usefulinfindingrelevantanswerstotheresearchquestions.Researchhelpsinmaking contribution to the generalized phenomenon by gaining additional knowledge by effectively proving existing theories. Information provided while carrying out the research must be accurate and reliable. Nature of research Research is considered to be very useful in effectively identifying the key attributes and characteristics of the specific study. This can be done through qualitative research using group discussions, manuals, journals, etc. In order to appropriately analyse the key attributes of the study, the research can be effectively carried out using quantitative research (Smith and et.al., 2019).This in turn can be done through statistical analysis where all the questions in the structuredquestionnairecanbe easilyanswered.Empiricalresearchisbasedon specific experimentation and observations in order to attain desired goals and objectives. The main nature of the research is that, it must be carried out in a sequential and orderly manner. Descriptive research is considered to be very useful in in- depth analysis of the particular research topic. Research is considered to be a systematic enquiry where it is mainly concerned with resolving several other problem associated with the particular research study (Adam and Tatnall, 2017). The research carried out must be coherent. This in turn states that, there must be
a consistent and logical reasoning associated with the research study (Rausch and et.al., 2017). In order to prove that, the research carried out tends to state true and viable results. Principles for carrying out good research A good research must be clear and free from all biases by effectively determining the aims and objectives of the research study. In order to carry out a good research, the researcher must be properly trained in order to effectively understand the research issues and problems. The researcher must identify the issues like risk, sensitivity, confidentiality, privacy, etc. which in turn largely affects the business operations (Hämäläinen and et.al., 2017). The research must be carried out in ethical and reliable manner when no harm has been occurred to any individuals who took part in the particular research study. The participants who in turn has been taking part in the research study must well trained and must have considerate knowledge to use appropriate information gathering tools and techniques. At the time of carrying out the research, the researcher must make all the resources available in terms of capital, human resource, financial resource, physical resource, time, transportation, equipments, etc. the research must be carried out without any biasses which in turn is considered to be very useful in gaining relevant and reliable data which in turn leads to long term growth and sustainability. The key principle of the research study is that, the research must be carried out with objectiveness, honesty and integrity which in turn leads to long term sustainable growth and efficiency (Keeley-Browne and Price, 2016). The researcher must focus on avoiding deceptive practice in order to attain higher operational goals and objectives. The researcher of the study must respect intellectual property rights. Using responsible and authentic source of publications in order to attain true and valid information. Another key principle for carrying out good research practice is that, the researcher must focus on protecting anonymity and obtain informed consent in order to appropriately attain aims and objective of the research study. All the participants in research study must be treated autonomously in order to make informed decision which in turn is considered to be very useful in attaining research aim and objectives. Another key principle is related with the concept of fairness and clarity. This in turn helps in providing an effective framework to the participants in order to take decision in a fair and equitable way (Adam and Tatnall, 2017). Presentation of data and data interpretation is considered to be one of the crucial factor which in turn is considered to be very useful because it helps in drawing conclusion. This can be done using presentable tools like table, graphs, pie charts, bar diagrams, etc. in order to

appropriately analyse the data. The researcher of the study will focus on establishing prop[er significance of the material which in turn is very useful in identifying potential limitations and weakness. Presenting the data in a pictorial form helps in obtaining relevant and reliable information (Gray, 2019).Analysis and presentation of the data is considered to be very useful in effectively highlighting the relevant and significant information. Information communication technology tools such as emails, social media platforms, telephones, messages and personal computers, laptops, tablets, etc. are effectively used in the research study in order to store, retrieve, manipulate and transmit the data in order to gain wider knowledge on the subject matter. CONCLUSION From the conducted study it has been summarized that, research helps in reaching new conclusion by effectively resolving various research problems. This study states concludes that, research is a systematic approach where it helps in resolving various problems of the research study in order to gain conclusive findings. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that, research must be carried out in ethical manner with objectiveness, honesty and integrity.
