industry and it was founded in 1929 as well as its headquarter is in London, United kingdom. It
offers its wide range of products i.e. personal care, food and beverage and many more at world

structure, concept of organisational design and two approaches related to HR function. Along
with this it will include evaluation of internal and external environment by using approaches.
