Values & ethics refers to importance
of particular action that determines the
significance of different practices. It helps
organization to create environment where
workers fell valued for their unique skills
and attributes. The present case will explain
ethics along with its determinants.
Importance of ethics for effective
organizational practices & laws in UK
related to it will be included in current case
study. Current report will include the
elements that influence organizational
practices with rules that employees need to
comply in organization.

The term explains standard
behaviour that is expected from person so
that positive outcome can be derived. In

organization becomes able to gain
trustworthiness among employees and
customers. There are several big companies
that have their own distinct values that
reflects their uniqueness. Google is the
largest search engine company in world that
follows different types of ethics that
constructs its working culture more
productive. It involves establishing healthy,
collaborative & enjoying working scenario
that motivates workers to give full potential
& optimizing skills, knowledge and
experience. The element that influence
ethics are as follows:
Government rules and regulations
The most important factor that
enterprise need to comply with such as
health & safety measures, statutory warning,
etc. Companies like Google focuses factors
that holds more value in influencing
business growth.
Ethical coding system of company
Corporate scandals increases with
rise in company scale as the reputation of

company depends on its way of operating
activities (Davani, 2020.). For this purpose
companies issues special guidelines is
expected from subordinates to follow.
Misleading practices that cross the limits
established by firm tens to results into
penalty, punishment or any legal action.
Moreover, enterprise pays more attention by
establishing special departments for
monitoring behaviour of workers that helps
in attainment of right working culture.
Social pressure
If organization is indulged into any
unethical practice that adversely affects its
targeted customer segment. This will tend
customer to switch to another substitute and
boy-cut the company. In order to avoid this,
firm makes policies & process that
employees have to adhere. Institutions takes
strict actions against subordinates that tend
to ignore these established formalized
structure on continuous basis.

maintaining positive working culture so that
more productivity, sustainability and
profitability can be obtained. There several

efficiency, enhance revenue & brand image,
non-resistance for changing circumstances,
enthusiast positives employees attitude, few
legal obligations and innovative decision-
making. Tesla is multi-national organization
that has gained good market share, customer
trust, creditworthiness, etc. These practices
help subordinate to participate actively for
company development along with fulfilling
their personal objectives. In addition to this,
it improves employees job satisfaction,
performance, commitment, trust, civic
virtue, conscientiousness, etc. In operational
activities if ethical decision-making process
is followed may result into discrimination
feeling among subordinates that can
adversely impact the behaviour of workers.
Negative Experience
For gaining good market position
company assures that it is following all laws
and regulation that can safeguard interest of
employees. There are several situations in
which Tesla need to make sure that human
right & labour law and health & safety is
followed. In recent time it has observed that
company failed to pursue these regulation
which result into bad ethical practices of
firm. In case of health security it failed to
