What did we do?
In the present project, a new business plan will be launched in which vegetarian food to the
major areas of London city will be supplied. This in turn assist to meet the demand of the
customers and as a result, it will gain attention of many customers as well. Further, it will
help me to learn different skills so that I will apply the same in near future in order to attain
the goal.

What did I learn?
Through the project, I am able to gain a deep understanding pertaining to project
management s that the project will be completed accordingly. This in turn helps to meet the
goal by applying project management phases and this causes effective outcome towards a
business. Moreover, I also learn that working in a team will be more beneficial for the
project because they all share their work and experience in order to meet the defined aim.
Therefore, the current project assists me to improve the skills and create a better outcome
in a future as well.
How can I apply this to my project?
The learning of working together assist me to implement Meals on Wheels effectively
because when I face any issue then they all work together to meet the defined aim and the
chances of issue will be decreases. Moreover, ICT skills also assist me to present project
management in Microsoft project so that project manager can track the performance
effectively. This in turn causes positive impact over the project and the aim can be met
accordingly.

29th April 2022. It means the total time required to complete and start the new business of

What did we do?
By applying PDCA cycle within my project, I will able to identify the problem in my
project such as cost overrun, delay in project etc. Further, I will also able to analyse the
problem in detail and evaluate the root cause of such problem. After this, I will lastly,
develop and apply the action plan with the help of which the problems get resolved.
What did I learn?
Through the above resources, I have learned how to apply the PDCA cycle within my
project for the continuous improvement of people and processes. This has also helped me
to test the alternative solutions of single problem so that overall project gets easily
controlled. Not only that, it has also helped me to learn about protecting the project from
recurring mistakes.
How can I apply this to my project?
I will apply this to my project by gaining its theoretical knowledge and using risk
management matrix (Rai, Sharma and Thakur, 2021). Through risk management matrix, I
will identify the problem and risk attach with my current project and after than I will solve
it with the application of PDCA cycle.
