room where the customers can enter the data relating to their body fitting so that a virtual model
can be created. This model leads to taking image of the customer’s face through the camera and
update their look as per the clothing choice of customers. It will be displayed through visual
representation through LEDs and others.
Fourth Slide - Value and significance of the generated ideas - In this slide the benefits and value
for using such idea into real life business practice have been explained. It is observed that with
the help of virtual fitting rooms it becomes easy and rapid for the customers to make a purchase
decision without any need of trial and waiting in the queue for waiting room. It reduces the time
and efforts of both the retailers as well as customers.
Fifth Slide - Mission, Vision and Strategy - The main objective of business is to launch a virtue
fitting room that is suitable and easy for the customers in order to make purchase decision. This
emerging technology is new to market and has been gaining interest of various customers. For
such purpose there are various strategies been targeted like knowing the customer’s needs and
